That would be cool if someone put together a chronology of some sort. Going back to the hard rock bands of the 70's.

theres a poster in the metal section in real groovy shows a pretty good time line and shows the genres that came from each other and all that jazz.

Someone should research it and do a book... or a website where old bands can add their info and people can submit info.

I'd do it, if I had the time and the $$$. It'd take forever to do, tracking down and talking to the appropriate people, all over NZ.
