Bluegrass and country music needed - new show and newsletter

Bluegrass friends:

There is an exciting new radio programme called "Blades of Blue: The Homegrown Bluegrass Show!" which is syndicated around the globe and will be coming to New Zealand on the Radio Pegasus Network! The programme launch is March of 2004, and we are busy in pre-production right now. The programme will feature new, regional, and independent bluegrass artists from around the world, that you don't generally hear on bluegrass radio.

I am writing this post to invite you to submit bluegrass (or country) cd's for airplay consideration and to invite you to receive our show's monthly e-newsletter. It will give information about the programme, stations that become affiliates, where to find playlists, information about the bands we feature and upcoming show info...PLUS festival updates, advertising opportunities, and lots of FUN information and trivia as well. Each month we also have a link to our bluegrass CD review as well. That's a great way to find out about new projects from smaller acts.

The best part is, it is totally free. Not a daily fill your mailbox kind of thing...once a month. Standard text format, nothing too fancy. We don't share your email address with anyone, and we write and manage our own newsletter right at our office.

To be a part of this fantastic, new, and exciting (clearly there was a need for adjectives), new programme via the newsletter, just email us at [email protected] . When we get the response, we will add your address to our monthly mailing list. All artists on a Green Mountain Music or Boulton Beach Studios program will automatically receive the newsletter.
