I want to buy an electric guitar, but dont want to spend heaps and heaps.

I want a guitar with a wide and thin neck, light, and with a three a side tuning head.

I know what styles i like, some where in between telecasters and gibson les pauls.

any suggestions???

P.S how much would this guitar retail for in nz???

I play a genuine Gibson Les Paul copy. Only bad thing about them is they are only 22 frets.

I've always been a fan of the Les Paul shape, even the non-Gibson ones. I also don't like "light" guitars, I want to feel like I'm holding something. The Les Paul has this... also, I've always been in love with the SG shape.

Mines an epiphone. Its heavy. Sounds great, comfortable as. Plus its quite versatile for different styles of music. One bad thing is its pretty hard to get up to the 22nd fret without lifting the entire guitar up in the air like Zakk Wylde does.
