Always use protection or you could end up like Mr Smith.
Posted: Thu Jun 7, 2007 1:56 pm
This guy just sat in the empty seat beside me, he's really hot and has an air of aloofness about him. Just my type.

All vital checks come back positive, except...

The volume on his ipod is turned up way way too loud, all those around him can hear his music.

He is therefore a tard and immediately renders himself unattractive to my tastes.

How many of you deafen yourselves with your 'pods? It aint cool.
Tinitus isn't cool.
Permanant ringing in your ears is NOT cool.
Being so deaf in your old age that you mistake the name Lara for the name Naru, and call Lara Naru everytime you see her, is so not cool. Thanks Mr Smith, you scarred me for life with that one.

You are born with a limited number of hearing cells, that are destroyed by loud music. They never replenish or grow back.

Protect your ears, people.

if you knock down the trees inside your ears, it is very hard to get them to stand up tall again.

I regularly employ the use of musicians earplugs whilst practicing. Once your hearing is farked, it's farked.

When my mum bought me my first kit for xmas when I was 15, she said I could only keep it if I wore ear plugs while I played. I've kept the habit going for the past 6 years, but sometimes I can't be fucked going upstairs to get some and just play regardless, but that isn't good.
