Fav Song and Why ... Posted: Mon Sep 10, 2007 10:58 am Hey guys, I'm sick of the rugby, funny photos and other posts that don't have anything to do with music ... so I thought I'd start a new post where people can share their favourite songs and why (if they have a reason). My favourite song is Use The Man by Megadeth - because I can relate to it in so many ways. |

RE: Fav Song and Why ... Posted: Mon Sep 10, 2007 11:06 am that was the most generic reason for liking a song haha You might as well have said your favourite song is Enter Sandman by Metallica because it sounds good. |

RE: Fav Song and Why ... Posted: Mon Sep 10, 2007 12:41 pm "Forgotten Words" by "The Awesome Machine". Download it, NOW! It's a feel good song that you can rock out to. Really moving melody, gutsy vocals, heavy, heavy, heavy riffs but not fully metal either. You can dance to it, mosh to it, whatever, it's just such a "get up and kick some ass" song. |

RE: Fav Song and Why ... Posted: Tue Sep 11, 2007 3:16 pm isis- bob dylan because it is fun to listen to, would be fun to play, has reference to greek mythology, and bob was great in his religious era but my favourites are always changing. |

RE: Fav Song and Why ... Posted: Thu Sep 13, 2007 10:04 am Various shows, at the Forum de Montreal, Canada, Harvard Square Theatre, Cambridge, Bostom Music Hall. 2 Disc album with 2 tracks on DVD. I'm not sure whether it's available as a full length DVD... one would hope so, the version of Hurricane is blinding! Yeah he's got that makeup and the hat & all that shit, and of course, David Bowie's Mick Ronson on guitar. |
