And all ages venues and shows are much more difficult to organise.

I've never seen an all ages venue last very long. It's a shame.

well if there more DECENT all age gigs in new plymouth (or taranaki in general) maybe i would be more keen on playing the patience game your suggesting

There are no organisers, that's what it comes down to.

It's up to really keen people to work extremely hard for little or no return to get all ages gigs going.

You could always volunteer yourself

Half the the problem is - 50% of the kids that go to the shows get completely pissed or drink outside and end up blowing it. Really ruins it for the rest.
