ooooooooooooh im working 4 hours on christmas day, 7am - 11am i couldve had the day but i wanna work it...helloooooooooooooo double time pay also working boxing day 9-5 woot gonna be rolling in it

I personally like xmas because it brings the whole family together. We always have massive family gatherings and eat/drink way too much.

Who works on xmas day?

Farmers
Dairys
Servos
Video Ezy*
Fire/Police/Ambo

* Video Ezy are a pack of bastards. We decided to get a couple of DVDs out last Xmas eve, since there was nothing particulary interesting on TV and we had nothing else to do. I took them back on boxing day.

Little did I know - they were open on Xmas day, so the next time I went to hire something, "Sir, you have $24 in late fees owing". They pulled up the details, and I asked "So, you expected me to bring those back on Xmas day?". "Well, we were open". I just walked out and they lost a 10 year customer.

Yeah I'm down with the getting together with family (as uneventful as that can be).

I just hate all the songs, decorations, and all the garbage that comes with it! Not to mention the giant corporate circle-jerk that we all know as Christmas Advertising!
