for all fans of live music, there is a new venue in christchurch.
the bush has reopened its doors with a new fit out, of amps, speakers, sound desk, lights and stage that is 35 square meters.
the whole building has been redeveloped, it now has a capacity for 400 people and excellent indoor and outdoor areas.
currently playing cover bands like the new entrants, dads army and undacova.
have radio ron playing on saturday the 19th april from 9pm.
live music every thursday, friday and saturday night doors open at 4pm and bands start at 9pm
sunday open mic from 3pm till 6pm starting on the 27th of april. doors open at 2pm
come check it out.....

Having said that, The Esplanade did well (for a while) all the way out in New Brighton... mind you, that's where 75% of ChCh's bogan population lives!

Good luck... I will definately spread the word, ChCh needs more venues, and the venues need support!
