LOCAL MUSICIANS TO JAM WITH DEEP PURPLE LEGEND Posted: Wed Jun 11, 2008 7:16 pm Hamilton musicians Simon Koretz (Guitar) & Nathan Koretz (Drums) from the band 8Forty8, along with Auckland guitarist Kara Gordon, will be performing with legendary bassist/ vocalist Glenn Hughes from the Deep Purple Mk III & IV lineup's. They are performing at the G-TARanaki International Guitar Festival, on Saturday July 19th at New Plymouth's TSB Stadium, and will play a mixture of Purple classics and solo Hughes material from his last three studio albums "Soul Mover", "Music For The Devine" and the brand new "F.U.N.K".
