what part of the uk? i lived in reading. if your in titirangi... i dont think theres much in there... hope u can drive coz thats about the only way to get to gigs i guess, and it mite be a long drive.

well i used to live in manchester
and gigs were a walk away then.
Ah the life of a student. so many gigs!
dont know how i will adjust to life here
will have to get to know new bands i guess
any recomendations?

I like all sorts, fav bands are
Ash, Soilwork, Queens of the stone age,
Mad Caddies, Lacuna Coil, Type O negative,
Blink182, metallica, Funeral for a friend
that kinda gives you the idea of my broad taste anyhow!

the house is in titirangi and its rubbish,
but only renting while we look 4 a better one
live right opposite a bus stop too!

When you lived in reading you must have been to the festival!
i went once, it was amazing
should have gone more really.
whats the big day out like in comparison?

yea that is a wide range... im not sure... keep an eye on the bands on this site and the radio is of course always good, gig guides and all, i'd say radio stations like channel z (93.8 ) and the rock (90.2) hav gotta be your things i guess. try stuff like deja voodoo, sommerset, maybe eight, opshop, (those 4 are on tour currently) new endings, pacifier, blindspott, all those kinda bands.
no i wasnt old enuf to be into that kinda scene in the uk, i lived when i was in year 6, form 1 and some of form 2 (screwed up year system... why doesnt it start in febuary i ask you??) but anyway, my friends over there go, but they cant really compare it to bdo...

i am 23, birthday this friday! YAY!

yeah i have been listening to channelz
and watching a bit of C4 tv now and then

got me a ticket to go see deja voodoo already
but its an arse as i have to go alone
my bro, dirty dave, is too young damnit
this r18 thing is so rubbish!
hopefully i will meet some people there.

have also been looking into bands on this site
but its hard to judge without a listen!
will get there in the end
got a job starting soon, so more cash to go out on!

west is best. titirangi isnt THAT far away. _(Pardon me for butting in!*!)_ I'm biased but yeah this site is cool. theres some great bands playing on thursday night that i am reviewing/interviewing. Degrees.K and Paselode(sp.) get along to them.
