Anika Moa? Looking for a song can you help?

I'm looking for a song - i think it was by Anika Moa - but i'm not 100% sure - just heard it playing in the background somewhere and have been on the hunt for it ever since!

Can you help?

Tells the story of a person being told by their dad to get on with it instead of bumming around and get over the shitty attitude and get back to living and planning for the future or something like that.

The only lyrics i have that are stuck in my head is:

"Wheres this coming from, you are my oldest.."

Would appreciate any help with this - ive been in to cd stores looking for this and they look at me like i'm cracked out. Someone must know what i'm on about!
