STL Audio has 2 great rehearsal spaces located in central Wellington. These are available 7 days a week (around studio bookings) and regularly at either
5.30 p.m or 8 p.m Monday to Thursday. We usually have a free spot so feel free to call us for a one off or for a regular spot.

Storage available and gear can be left and locked up with a secure 24hr alarm service.

Because STL Audio is a professional recording studio and creative environment you are walking into the zone the moment you arrive.

We offer great demo deals for bands that rehearse at STL and are flexible with regular spots around gigs.

Our first room is our main recording room that we rent out to bands/artists to rehearse between projects. This room is an absolute luxury to spend time in, acoustically it is perfect. It's great to rehearse in before your recording session so you can get a vibe for the room. This room is equipped with a suitable P.A for vocals.

The second room is what we call The Lounge and it has been set up for those long writing and arranging sessions, so we have added some leather couches, rugs, soft lighting, and a fridge. This room has a big open sound. It also has a 2000 watt P. A and a set of vocal & drum mic’s to help you envisage your final sound. This room has a great vibe to rehearse in.

Weekday - 2 1/2 hour slots $50
Weekend - 2 1/2 hour session $50
Weekend Full day - 5 hours $75
