A lost song

Trying to track down a song from the 80´s or early 90´s. I think the song is called "the one about girls" but have googled and googled and can find anything. The song starts like this "My mamma said when I was young, not to stick out my big tongue, but when I see the girls go by, I have to stop and wonder why"

Any info would be much appreciated.
