I heard that Greenday and Simple Plan are coming to NZ in March 2005. How cool is that!!!

Green Day would be good. I dont think i would pay to see Simple Plan though, but it'll be really cool to see some band come play at Christchurch. We havent had any in a while and the only singer arsed to come are the crap ones like Dido

Shade how did u find that out? and isnt simple plan suppose to come as well in March...confused.

I heard they were coming in March of The Edge and my friend heard it on The Rock.

Nah they are not going to The BDO.

Simple Planz new album is way betta den their old one.

The information about the Green Day gig was on their website but has now been removed - that makes it look like they were planning on coming here but have now changed their minds.

I've removed the gig from the gig guide now.

There's nothing on Simple Plan's website about coming here either.

Yes,Greenday are coming to New Zealand for ONE show only guys! 5th March, @ North Shore Event's Centre. Rumoured Good Charlotte or New Found Glory will be supporting them!!
Simple plan are playing at the Edgefest possibly

SO MAYBE SIMPLE PLAN ARE COMING THEN AND NOT WITH GREENDAY!
I DONT WANT GOOD CHARLOTTE TO BE SUPPORTING GREENDAY!!! IT WAS BETTER WITH SIMPLE PLAN!

Hey yeah Simple Plan at the Edgefest- only 35 bux !!! im already there.

I emailed the North Shore Event Centre people and they said that no there is no concert there that they know of as yet. And they would no so im guessing that information is wrong! However they said that if there was a concert there, then it most probably woodnt b R18 but its up to the promoter on that.

I want Greenday and Simple Plan to come together!!!

well i hav already emailed brad about this and he said that neither green day nor simple plan would be at edgefest as they were both goin to be busy then...

i txt the edge today asking 4 confirmation of the rumour and i got a reply saying it was true and they were coming march 05
hopefully there is an OFFICIAL announcement made this wkend tho so then we can all know for sure
even tho im in chch i'd fully go up 2 akld 2 c green day...dnt give a shit bout simple plan tho

hey, youre good at this. Why not email Green Day and BEG them to come to the Edgefest(so its only 35 bucks) and get them to drag blink 182 aswell!! Simple Plan could stay where they are.
