Can you help me to find what song it is ?

Dear kiwis,

I visited your awesome country last month. One morning, I was on the south island and I fell in love with a random song that was playing on Te Reo TV channel. But, I couldn't find the name of the artists and shazam was not working ton find the title of this song. The singer was singing in Maori language so I couldn't understand a single word what she was saying. So i took a picture of the vidéo clip hoping that based on it, some of you may help me to find the title of this song.
