rocking bass player/drummer wanted (wgtn)

I want to start a three-piece band in Wellington but so far only have two pieces.

I am a drummer (and vocalist) and have joined forces with a guitarist and we need a third person to complete the line up. As there is a guitarist and drummer already I guess we are looking for a bass player but if you play keys or drums or whatever we are willing to swap things around and play other instruments, although we may not be so proficient at them.

My big dream is to be in band that does crazy stuff on stage (and off), plays cool music and has fun. Stage performance and creativity are something I want to really emphasise. I'm not sure what kind of sound the band would have but I think bands like thursday, pedro the lion, five iron frenzy, appleseed cast, gameface - influence my songwriting. My faith in God also is a strong influence on my lyrics. This is something I want to explore within a three piece band so it would be cool to meet someone on the same wavelength.

I have my own kit, some guitars, an amp, some random keyboard instruments. I can also get hold of a practice space, transport, and I think I'm pretty motivated to be in a band. I want to play gigs soon, at pubs, in school halls, at church, wherever.
