Melodic rock style band being set up - influences brit rock i.e. U2, Coldplay, Bloc Party, Embrace but also Crowded House, Counting Crows, REM etc etc

We currently are a 3 piece, singer/rhythm gtr/piano, bassist/cello, drummer/violin. All experienced musicians. We're looking for a lead guitarist who does not want to shred all over the place, but is appropriate to the song and is a complete musician.

Age range 20 - 25 ideally
