Naki drummer seeks band/other musicians

Hey all, I'm Nicola, 17 years old in April, female, lives in Inglewood just of out NP (but don't hold that against me!!).

I'm an amateur drummer but am committed to learning new stuff and "expanding my horizons" etc etc. Have been learning since 2003 and own standard five piece kit.

I also have some experience writing lyrics.

Either seeking to join an already formed band or to start a new one. Not too fussed about genre, I believe I could adapt to anything.

The band doesn't need to be going anywhere either, just jamming a few times a week is good too.

I also would prefer an originals based band than a covers band, but I have no issues with doing both originals and covers!

Bands/artists I like/listen to include Fall Out Boy, Snow Patrol, Sugarcult, Idlewild, Green Day, Soulwax, The Reindeer Section, James Blunt, Alkaline Trio, The All-American Rejects, My Chemical Romance and many others. I love random obscure bands.

I can't sing for crap however.

I'm committed, hard working, etc etc and also would take the band thing seriously while having fun with it too!
