Doesn't have to be fully professional, but a reasonable amount of experience/time spent playing/learning is best.
Vocal ability would be helpful.
Creative input, either in musical composition or lyrics is desired but not absolutely necessary.
Age preference of 16/17... as we're aiming to enter Rockquest this year... However, as long as you're a senior at a NZ High School this year, it shouldn't be too much of a prob.
