Lets try this again drummers.... Posted: Thu Jun 5, 2003 5:30 pm Were getting a semi new band together and need a drummer to complete the line-up. We would like a talented, committed, versatile and open minded drummer with their own gear. Band is already named and we don't want to change it either. We have songs written already and want to rehearse some more to play gigs, record and enter competitions. We have enough songs written for a 30-45 min setlist but need to rehearse more. We mainly play alternative/experimental stuff and are leaning towards post-rock directions as well. We also aren't metal or nu-metal. Infleunces include Placebo, Tool, silverchair, A Perfect Circle, System of a Down, Evanescence, NIN, Shihad, Goldenhorse, The Brunettes, Radiohead, K's Choice, Muse and many more...Musical differences don't matter, but closed minds will. Planning to start rehearsing soon as and NO covers only originals. Fast learner's a bonus. Picking up things as quick as possible and not in 3 practices would be good and not a setback. Someone who is easy to get along with and friendly and willing to give 100% or more commitment. For more info e-mail: [email protected] 18-20 preferred or 18 before Battle of the Bands. Male or Female |
