Alt-country band Auckland
Posted: Fri Oct 20, 2006 12:15 pm
Bassist (and possibly drummer) looking for others to form alt-country band. Influences include Ryan Adams (and the Cardinals), Jenny Lewis and the Watson Twins, Gram Parsons, Bob Dylan, Whiskeytown, Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, Neil Young, Gillian Welch etc
Auckland based.
Ideally looking for a rhythm guitarist/lead singer, and a lead guitarist. A steel guitar player would be great, and maybe even a violinist. Ability to play other instruments, songwriting and backing vocals are a plus, but not essential.
