Want to be in a band with likeminded People?

I'm looking for some people to be in a band with me
To have a little fun and enter contests(eg.rockquest)
I play piano (but i don't want to play it in a band)and guitar(just chords at the mo)
I can sing but i'm not gods gift
I'm looking to make a band of 2 girls and 2 guys(like the von bondies) or 4-5 chicks.You must not be a barbie doll knida girl.or a pig headed kind of guy, and must not take urself that seriously.
Influenced by;the strokes,the von bondies, the white stripes,the clash , sex pistols , ramones,The datsuns, velvet underground, betchadupa?
But must know how to work hard and count( like 1 2 3 4, its very hard for some)Now who wants to be a rock star, play along side your idols?(we probably could , but who knows)Um.............Just a little something on the side for those who are not that interested in being a docter,lawyer etc.

hey dude im a chick im 15 and i play the drums i sing and im like u i can onli play chords on da electric i like the strokes, the cure, lost prophets, blink 182, the ramones,goodnight nurse, and the datsuns (mi frnds cuzn is da drumma!!!!)anything punk rock email me [email protected] o and bi the way im not a barbie doll and dnt take miself seriously

hi, Im a bass player and I turned 16 in june. I dont really play any other instruments because I want to get as good as i can on the bass, I like most bands especially blink 182, chilly pepers, LMNOP and quite a few older rock bands. I think i have a good sence of humour. I wanted to enter rockquest this year but our band wasn't really confident enough, (well I was but the rest of the band weren't) theres one thing I am not, and thats up my self, I hate people lik that. . I liv in a town called Mercer, which is is about half way between auckland and hamilton.

Hi

I would like to know more about your requirements for a Female Vocalist.

I am 19 years old.

I am basically from INDIA...I used to sing on the national radio there...had a band there....have a few awards for singing under my belt

I am really interested in joing a band.

My voice is kinda like "Amy-lee(from Evanescence) meets Sarah Mclachlan" type,ya...pretty much accurate i must say!

I am learning piano as well.

Unless screaming is invovled..i'm up for anythin!!!

I would really like to hear from ya soon
