Akld - Bass player wanting to join/start covers band

Bored bass player looking for musicians to start/join covers band. Want to play popular songs that people enjoy but not your usual top 40 rubbish. If you like The Cure, Smashing Pumpkins, Joy Division and similar bands then please get in contact. Looking for vocalist, guitarist(s), drummer and keyboard player….so yeah…an entire band apart from a bass player really. Would prefer drummer with electric kit due to styles of music that I’d like to cover.

Have plenty of contacts for gigs but not interested in a 1 gig a week affair at this stage. Have my own musical endeavours and this project, if it gets off the ground, is just to keep me in practice.
