Wellington - Bass player wanted! :)

Hello!

I'm starting a 3 piece band, I have a good drummer who I have played with before, and we are now looking for a bass player to complete the line up!

We are looking for someone around our age, we are 19 and 20. (somewhere between 17-21 ish would be ideal, but contact us anyway!)

Someone who is musically aware, has a good ear, the style of music we are looking at is somewhere in between My Bloody Valentine, The Strokes, Muse, etc. It is not overly complicated stuff, so someone who has feel over technical skill.

We are both easy going guys and have played in a band for the last while called The Lunch Box boys, mainly gigging around Wellington.

If you can sing too, or have experience with theory, keyboard, etc. that would be ideal.

The aim is to start gigging pretty quickly. Can't promise any money or anything like that at this stage - we're looking for someone young and energetic, easy going that wants to be in a band!

Rehearsals will start with just one a week probably, and then regular as possible gigs.
