Guitarist looking for band.

I've just moved to Christchurch from NY and i'm looking for a couple folks who like to jam. I'm into nu disco, trance-fusion so i'm generally looking for a bassist who digs that shit. drummer is also pretty damn essential i guess but a good bassline is what separates great from forgettable. Louis Johnson, Chris Wood, ghostbusters, etc. But then again, forgetting mitch mitchell would be...dumb. alright, enough rambling, anyone down?
