looking for musicians, auckland, indie

don't know if anybody'll reply to this but i'm a bass player, 16, can play guitar and a bit of whatever really. Like listening to the mars volta, fugazi,the afghan whigs, battles, at the drive in, bloc party, led zeppelin, massive attack, lots of stuff.

Not really sure what kinda style i wanna play but down for lots of things, definitely wanna try and make music that's creative and hasn't been done in a sense before

Hey guys, I know I'm a bit late but I just discovered this site. Looking to join/start an Indie/Alt band, have a pretty wide range of influences, Strokes, early KOL, Mars Volta, Led Zep, Nine inch Nails, Blur; are to name but a few. My names Nic I'm 20 and play bass. I am by no means an expert but I am improving pretty steadily. I'm currently in a band however I have a bit of extra time on my hands and would love to play in a band with a more alternative sound. Oh and I have some gig experience and enjoy playing live.
