Hi there!

My name is Amy, and I'm a 29 year old Brit who has just moved to NZ! I will be moving to Auckland mid-November, and would like to start gigging over here in my spare time.

Back in the UK, I was a backing vocalist for a covers Soul/Funk band (members have performed with Ladyhawke, Jah Warriors, Desmond Dekker, Dawn Penn, Mint Royale), and for an originals Ska band (Glastonbury Festival 3 years running). I also performed solo covers with more chilled acoustic tracks with either a pianist or a guitarist. I have performed at numerous venues year-round, and at many festivals during the UK summertime.

I'm interested in carrying on singing solo here in NZ, or to be a backing vocalist for the right kind of project. I am also very open to other opportunities (duos, trios, wedding bands, etc), so if you feel you may be suitable then please get in touch :-)

Hi Amy,

We're a part time covers band operating out of Auckland and looking for an experienced female vocalist. Our current singer has just stepped out due to work commitments and we're on the lookout for someone else! Our set has a few golden oldies, but the majority is modern and can range between pop/funk/rock. We practice once a week and gig every 3-4, which keeps the fun factor up and the workload down.
