Useless drummer, no time keeping skills needed. Out of tune skins and bad attitude a must!
Own vehicle not important, though ultra small sports car in which kit wont fit would be a a plus.
Must be tone deaf, and have no interest in learning songs and/or remembering to play same beats back, at least twice in a row during recording process.
Big hair and B.O a benefit.
