Online jam sessions?

Hi all,
I'm keen play a pretty basic level of bass and guitar, and am keen to start jamming with other people but it's been pretty difficult to find someone with a space big enough to practice all together, find drummers, etc. so I thought I'd try finding a group of people from all over the place to try and jam online?!

Might be a bit awkward with lag, etc. but it's worth a shot?

Personally I'm keen on rock/blues/metal covers but am a lil restricted by my skill level so keen to get cracking and sort that out!!!
