Bands and musos wanted for GE awareness event

Thanks to Temple Bar, Auckland for supplying us with the following information:

The University of Auckland Greens on campus have an upcoming event called the 'eco-fest'.

This is basically just a week in which they try to raise awareness of various issues - social justice, conservation, GE & sustainability.

This year they are focusing on the GE issue and the possibility of an illegal United States attack on Iraq.

They are looking for some bands/musos that would be sympathetic to these causes, not necessarily political bands, and that would be interested in playing in the University of Auckland quad over the week in question.

They are looking for people to perform on the 7th, 8th and 9th of October to play any time between 12:30pm & 2:00pm. The Temple Bar in Auckland will be providing a PA, and could also cover the bands costs.

It would be good exposure and you will be supporting a good cause.
