The NZCAN Orientation Booking Conference for the 2003 Orientation Festival will be held at Massey University, Palmerston North and Victoria University, Wellington from Wednesday 06 November to Friday 08 November 2002.

This is where NZCAN considers performer's applications for the year 2003 Orientation Festivals. All applicants material such as CDs, videos, press clippings, posters etc are displayed and studied in details by the Campus Arts Managers.

Individual programmes are discussed and a process of selection takes place. The NZCAN then works towards developing an ideal tour schedule for successful acts and tentative bookings are made.

Deadline for applications is 25 October 2002.

There will be an Orientation Booking Conference Performance in Wellington on Wednesday 06 November 2002. If acts wish to perform an 'audition' for the Orientation Controllers, please call Chris McLoughlin at Victoria University (04) 473 8566 ext 828.

Spaces are limited to eight bands. The acts chosen to perform will be at the discretion of NZCAN. Bands will be able to perform a total of three songs only.
