Local Output Looking For Bands!

Thanks to Local Output for supplying us with the following information:

Mellow Output:

The idea is to have four or more mellow/acoustic bands or acts playing throughout one night in a relaxed cafe-like setting. We will need both bands and solo acts and helpers to get involved, either on the door, selling drinks on the night and/or promoting the event with fliers and posters.

Metal Output:

Because of the increase in metal bands wanting to play Local Output events, we've dedicated a whole night to metal. We're looking for up to 6 metal bands and helpers to get involved, either on the door, selling soft drinks on the night and/or promoting the event with fliers and posters.

These events are the first of their kind due the wide range of styles that Local Output promotes.

50% of the profit made on the night will go towards Local Output. The other 50% will go to the bands.

Thanks to Andrew @ Local Output for supplying us with the following info:

LOCAL OUTPUT NEED MORE BANDS!!

8-16 bands are needed to play at one of two outdoor events on the North Shore this summer. Both events will be targetted at different crowds, with the first one for a Hip-Hop/RnB following, to be held in January and the second for an alternative rock crowd to happen on 22 February 03.

These events are aimed to give young people of different crowds on the North Shore more to do and provide opportunities for bands and artists to play to all ages crowds. The events are organised by Loren Welch from North Art as well as the North Shore Youth Council events team and Local Output.

This is a great organisation - and it deserves some awesome support!
