Rockdetector is looking to publish a book on Kiwi Rock & Metal this year. Rockdetector, based in New Plymouth, already has a series of music reference books published through Cherry Red Publishing in London and Cleopatra in the USA. Titles include:

Rockdetector includes all types of Rock music on its database ranging from Pop Rock through to Extreme Metal. We are keen to include as many New Zealand artists as possible.

We are looking for as much information as possible for the book 'Rockdetector A-Z of Kiwi Rock & Metal'. The book will include a free CD. In addition we will be publishing 'Rockdetector A-Z of 90's Rock' which will include the Grunge / Nu-Metal / Nu-Breed era and are looking for Kiwi bands to include.

Bands / labels should send full promotional pack with CD, photograph (very important) and biography to:
