4Music, New Zealand's soon to be launched free-to-air music channel, is conduction a nationwide presenter search. If you think you've got what it takes, make a two minute tape of yourself and send it in to 4Music. Auditions must be in by July 23 which is next Wednesday so don't muck around! "We want to see our potential stars being themselves, and giving us an insight into how they'd go as a presenter on live television." said 4Music Programme Manager Andrew Szusterman.

"This is a nationwide search so whether you live in Whangamata, Wanganui, Greymouth or Gore we want to see your tape."

"Anyone who sends in a tape must appreciate that even if they're not chosen, their audition may be used for promotional purposes. They may not make the grade as a presenter, but we're sure there'll be undiscovered talent the rest of the country would love to see anyway."

Tapes need to be sent on VHS to:

The audition tapes must be received by 5pm on Wednesday 23 July.

Participants wanting their tapes returned must send a stamped, self-addressed return package with their audition submission.

4Music launches as a music channel on the exisiting TV4 signal in October this year.
