A new practice space has cropped up in Auckland for you bands looking to make excessive noise without the noise complaints. Situated in the Mt Albert/Avondale area, The 8 Ball Studio is a practice space, but is also available for exhibitions, rehearsals, photo shoots or anything else like that.

It is 130m2 and has plenty of off-street parking, being adjacent to retail outlets. Also provided is an eight channel vocal PA.

Three hour practice slots are available for $50, being nights during the week and the days as well on weekends.
