VERSION FESTIVAL NZ 2004
CALL FOR PROPOSALS

The 2nd VERSION festival presents 7 days of electro-centric performance, presentation and discussion. The festival programme will span: CONCERT / CLUB / LOUNGE / INSTALLATION / WORKSHOP We are seeking original and innovative compositions and/or re-contextualisation of media.

Submissions can include one or a combination of the following: audio, video, interactive or process based performance / works.

We encourage artists to extend their practice outside their bedrooms through collaboration or development of performance aspects. (collaborations may be within disciplines or inter-disciplinary) Technological assistance and limited funding will be provided to performers in the festival programme.

PLEASE INCLUDE:

1. A brief Bio - description of work and approach
2. Hi-res images for catalogue (as separate files)
3. Samples of previous works
4. Detailed proposal of intended performance and contact details
