Music wanted for new 100% kiwi radio show My name is Mat Rankin and I am a musician, based in Auckland, who is starting a new show on 104.6 Planet FM. I am seeking original New Zealand music, on tape or CD (preferably CD) with a blurb about the artist and/or song, to air on radio. The only catch is it needs to be unsigned and/or never before broadcasted. Basically, I figured that there are limited avenues to get the amazing variety, quality and quantity of this level of NZ music out to the masses and so have taken it upon myself to organise and host a radio show from 8am - 9am Thursdays on 104.6 Planet FM. I also plan to do live-to-airs in the near future so welcome expressions of interest. This show is actually a pre-cursor to a radio station I am currently in the process of starting which will strictly follow this music format as well as deliver information pertaining to anything "Kiwi". Please send to... Mat Rankin P.O. Box 13221 Onehunga Auckland Or contact Mat at phone: (021) 152 0573 or email: [email protected] 19.
