After the sell-out success of 'The Ultimate Metal Tribute' at the Kings Arms last year, 'ULTIMATE TRIBUTE PROMOTIONS' is proud to present 'the ULTIMATE PUNK TRIBUTE', Featuring tributes to the SEX PISTOLS, The RAMONES And The CLASH!!!

First up are a band from Auckland, who especially formed the band, 'The F#@KIN' FIREARMS' , who are playing tribute to original Punk Rock legends, The SEX

PISTOLS. These anarchists promise to deliver an angst-filled set performing the entire 'Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols' album along with some other rarities.They hit the stage at 9pm, so get here early, you dont want to miss these guys!

Next up, is a band from New Plymouth, 'der RAMOANS' who will be playing tribute to New York legends, THE RAMONES. These guys are a must see and will be playing all the Classic , High energy Punk anthems the Ramones are known for.

And finally, Headling this event is Wellington tribute act 'WAZZO CLASH' , who are without a doubt New Zealands' premier CLASH tribute act. Period. These guys are so close to the real deal that you'd be forgiven for thinking you were back to the late 70s / early 80s when The Clash reigned supreme.. .Watch 'WAZZO CLASH' perform all the songs we know and love!

And if that wasn't punk-rock enough, the almighty DJ RANCID will be playing all the classic as well as some Rare RANCID tunes to keep the crowd pumped in between and after the Sex Pistols, Ramones and Clash sets.

Doors open at 8pm,first band starts at 9pm sharp, and last band finishes at 1:15am. Tickets are $10 each on the door.
Event is being held at the Kings Arms Tavern ,59 Frances street, Newton on SATURDAY , APRIL 21, 2007.
