AuSM Events is happy to announce the first four acts for its bi annual

Lunchtime Concert Series 2007

The shows all take place at the Hikuwai Plaza, AUT University, Wellesley St, Auckland City (Vesbar if wet)

All shows are free

All shows run at lunchtime (12-1pm)

The shows are;

Tuesday 6th March - The Have
Tuesday 13th March - Charlie Ash
Tuesday 20th March - The Broken Heartbreakers
Tuesday 27th March - The Easy

Brief description of each act follows below.

The Have
“ It’s a Texasrock and roll tradition to spit beer on bands we dig to show appreciation; this was the only show during SXSW where I had to wipe my camera off” (US writer Audrey Edwards for Rip It Up)

Charlie Ash
"a ‘neo-punk’ band looking to out-sweat, out-costume, and out-glam all others"

The Broken Heartbreakers
"Formed in the winter of 2002, the Heatbreakers came together to share their love of country music. While they have their own story to tell, the themes of love, loss and lonesome nights are universal"

The Easy
"Their captivating and energetic sound is the result of their diverse influences and backgrounds coming together to create an original yet familiar feel, both on stage and in the studio. Their music incorporates dub, rock, ska, funk, hip-hop and soul"
