SALMONELLA DUB & the NZSO
FEEL THE SEASONS CHANGE:

Salmonella Dub joins the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra for a tour that will have NZSO strings skanking along to the Dub beat and symphony brass joining the Dub's horns. The tour, Feel the Seasons Change, is an audiovisual celebration of Aotearoa’s history and culture. It features the unforgettable voice of Whirimako Black, the haunting sounds of taonga puoro master Richard Nunns, and leading electronic musician Paddy Free. Together with the NZSO, conducted by Hamish McKeich, they will weave a mesmerising soundscape blending ancient traditions with the proud, modern beat of Aotearoa today.

As a backdrop, Feel the Seasons Change uses stunning aerial footage of the Dub's South Island heartland but also touches on historic events that have shaped our land from prehistory to the present. It is a powerful statement about our land and its people, as well as a journey of healing and celebration.
