The premiere of the Coromandel Gold Festival is uniting New Zealand's biggest live acts to bring in the New Year. Coromandel Gold presents the phenomenal line up of Shapeshifter, Kora, Tiki Live, Katchafire and the cream of Aoteroa's DJ and soundsystem scene!!

Shapeshifter have handpicked a selection of the nation’s most talented DJs and MCs. DJ Downtown Brown and the Sunshine Soundsystem, Recloose, J star (UK) and the hot off the press must see Electric Wire Hustle.

This power house line up blow the minds of audiences at their own shows. The chemistry of these bands sharing a stage is totally unmissable!

Coromandel Gold will be held at the beautiful Ohuka Farm 3 kilometres from Whitianga town centre and a stone’s throw from Buffalo Beach. Camping will be available on site.

As the light dims on the '09 and rises again for 2010, Coromandel Gold will be a very special place to be.

COROMANDEL GOLD SELLS OUT!!!

Coromandel Gold has proven itself the place to be this New Year’s Eve.

In less than 3 weeks the inaugural Coromandel Gold has sold out. For the lucky fans who got in early they’ll be able to see the explosive live performances of Shapeshifter, Kora, Tiki Live, Katchafire and more. Camping sites are also Sold Out.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of Coromandel’s Ohuka Farm, Coromandel Gold is 3 kilometres from Whitianga town centre - an idyllic location to see the spectacle of these top acts.

For those who missed out on tickets, next week Shapeshifter will announce their summer tour dates celebrating the release of their highly anticipated new album System Is A Vampire. These shows will see them supported by Tiki, JStar and Sunshine Soundsystem.
