The Kaleidoscope World Series is an event where you experience a sample of eight to ten bands in one night doing short twenty minute showcase sets. It's all about exposure, expanding bands audiences and broadening punters experiences of what's happening in the "live" music scene.This is an ideal opportunity to discover new talent in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. I intend to mix it up, cross-pollinating the genres, get not just crowds mixing, but also bands talking to each other.Upon entry, each patron will receive a sampler cd of all the artists appearing on the night. The only stipulation I have besides each artist providing a song for the sampler cd is that once you've played one, you become ineligiable to play another in that particular town for at least twelve months. If and when I run out of bands, may determine me changing this policy, but in the meantime this is the rule..
