CubaDupa was back at full swing, taking over the streets of Wellington this weekend with a jam-packed festival of discoveries and delights in every nook and cranny of the Cuba Street Precinct. The total programme for the 2023 arts festival represented a massive 246 acts and well over 1500 individual performers crammed into an unmissable 19 hours. An estimated 120,000 people moved through the site over the weekend, on par with the huge crowds seen at the last festival in 2021.
