Auckland Alt-rock band Villainy are hitting the road this March and April for seven headline concerts around New Zealand and an appearance at Homegrown.
2015 was a massive year for Villainy with the release of their second album Dead Sight (which debuted at #4 on the NZ Charts), achieving a huge rock radio hit with Safe Passage and culminating in stadium dates supporting legendary rockers AC/DC.
The band have kicked off 2016 in style with the release of Give Up The Ghost, the second single from Dead Sight, and playing to a 10,000 strong crowd at Rock the Park on Saturday alongside Shihad and Blacklistt. Now it’s time for Villainy to take the headline spot on their own tour, with support by City of Souls and Decades.
Villainy’s Neill Fraser says the band can’t wait to take their music on tour again.
"Dead Sight was recorded live and that's how it should be heard. We can't wait to finally take the album out on the road and we're stoked to have our good mates City of Souls and Decades along for the ride."
