This Sunday night Hamilton will again be inundated with party people as musician/broadcaster Paul Martin presents the 28th instalment of his annual Gemini party.

Since 1988 this has been the party of the year for locals and out of towners alike. This year sees people coming from all parts of NZ as well as some from Australia and the UK.

“It’s all about celebrating good music and great people” Paul Martin says “It’s a brilliant vibe, people know they’ll get the very best show with state of the art production, killer bands and entertainment as well as catching up with folks they haven’t seen for years.”

Commenting on its longevity Paul says “Quality endures, people have a fantastic time, the word spreads… it’s that simple. Year after year they come back and if they do miss one, they know it’ll be there next year. The older you get the more life can get in the way of socialising and entertainment. This is the best excuse to drag yourself out and live it up! Plus there's nothing I like better than performing at your own birthday party in front of your best friends.”
