Lightspeed and 4:20 brings you the best night out this New Year’s Eve, with the hottest all-local line-up, plus a big secure outdoor area.

In its eighth consecutive year, New Yeah ’06 takes places across two of Auckland’s favourite party rooms: 4:20 and The Rising Sun.

With the most diverse line-up you are likely to find anywhere this New Years Eve, partygoers will be treated to the sounds of Concord Dawn, Recloose, Opensouls, Bevan Keys, Dick Johnson, 41, North Shore Pony Club, Dunc Tha Funk, Doug Fresh, Mouli and newest addition – DJ Phillipa. All guaranteed to bring the niceness to Auckland city, this New Years Eve!

With the help of Auckland City Council and the NZ Police, New Yeah 06 will also be closing a lane of K’ Rd, and Lightspeed and the management of 4:20 and The Rising Sun are building a large outdoor space directly outside the venue.

The outdoor space will incorporate the entire footpath outside and provide ample seating. Best of all is that as the outdoor area is covered, the event cannot be compromised by poor weather.

Tickets to this event are on sale now from selected outlets for $45 +b/f advance and $55 +b/f thereafter, with partygoers receiving a complimentary Beck’s on arrival.
