Rinsed Productions has been at the forefront of the underground hardcore scene in Christchurch for almost 3 years now. Having joined the White Elephant Trust (www.we.org.nz) in 2005, it now helps to provide safe all-age environments for party-goers to attend without the allurement of alcohol, drugs or party pills found in other parts of the dance scene.

As the school term ends, Rinsed are delighted to join with Wellington-based Crave Entertainment to present one of the international hardcore scene's most acclaimed producers - DJ Storm. This is Rinsed and Crave’s first instalment in a series of engaging events planned for the year, set for the first weekend of the school holidays – Friday 7th July at “Subnine” nightclub in Wellington and Saturday 8th July at “Level 5 (Hallensteins Building)” in Christchurch. Each venue includes local DJ support.

Storm comes to us from the UK hailing an impressive 10 year career releasing over 150 productions and establishing his own successful record label "Warped Science" (www.warpedscience.com). Storm often plays a variety of styles from '92 oldskool, drum & bass, right through to the most upfront and unreleased hardcore tunes straight out of the UK. His music can be heard on various compilations CDs including Bonkers, Helter Skelter, Slammin Vinyl, Hardcore Till I Die, Hardcore Nation.

Tickets for these events are kept to an extremely reasonable price of $10 for the first 100 and $15 thereafter. Available from Cosmic Corner (Christchurch & Wellington), Spin Records (Christchurch) and DMC (Wellington). Both events are R16.
