After his popular showcase series in May, Donald Reid returns to Honey Bar every Thursday night in October. This time he brings with him rising star, Miriam Clancy. The quality of musicianship of these two quiet achievers will astound and delight you.

This event comes on the back of Donald’s most successful year yet. He has enjoyed his second radio hit with ‘You & Me My Friend’, 5 star album reviews, and an extensive nationwide tour completed in August. Charismatic, funny and quirky, Donald charms his audiences with his engaging banter and power pop hooks.

More country rock than pop, Miriam Clancy recently captivated audiences when she supported world class singer/songwriter Ron Sexsmith. Ron was so impressed he has asked Miriam over to the U.S. in the future. She has just released her debut album ‘Lucky One’ to rapturous applause and 5 star reviews. Her dynamic live performances have been described as “something special’, “impressive” and “simply enchanting”.

Donald and Miriam will be performing their own songs and combining their talents on a few covers. Saunter up to Honey Bar at 5 O’Connell St in Auckland City any Thursday night in October for a lyrical, infectious, compelling and entertaining evening.
