Orientation is New Zealand’s biggest student event and returns in 2008 from Thursday the 21st of February to Saturday March 1st with one of the biggest line-ups in years! Highlights include:

• THE DATSUNS RETURN TO NZ! – That’s right, and we’ve secured them to headline our Bizarre Ball on Friday the 29th of February.

• FREE SHOWS FROM OPSHOP AND SUPERGROOVE! – Opshop perform at Fitzherbert Park on Sunday the 24th of Feb thanks to the PNCC, and Supergroove bring O-week to a fitting end headlining the Student City Open Day in the Square on Saturday March 1st.

• SKA-B-Q - This year’s Toga Party sees the addition of an event that has become somewhat of a summer institution around certain parts of the country - that is, the Ska-B-Q! Take NZ’s finest SKA bands including THE WBC, THE OFFBEATS, SKANKEMELIA, + MORE, a sunny summer’s evening, bangers sizzling on the barbie, cold drinks, plenty of good skankin’ vibes and a whole lot of people ready to party… and you have the SKA-B-Q! Tuesday the 26th of February.

Plus there’s a whole lot more including performances from TAHUNA BREAKS, COBRA KHAN, DICK DYNAMITE & THE DOPPELGANGERS as well as the traditional HYPNOTIST night, the DOMINO’S COMEDY NIGHT and the NAKEDBUS.COM ‘TOP HALL’ COMPETITION.

Individual event tickets as well as Oweek Passports that cover the cost to all the events are available from Mango Music and the MUSA Offices. Passports are available for $60 (with current student ID)
