About the shows:

After releasing their self-titled sophomore album late last year, Auckland folk-pop band, The Broken Heartbreakers have been receiving rave reviews across the country.

Don't miss this opportunity to hear music from the album that Nick Bollinger has described as "gorgeous . . . Soft but with substance, sonically rich and beautifully performed."

The Otago Daily Times called the album "an 11 track gem that ticks all the right boxes when it comes to crafting perfectly formed country and folk-pop songs" while Graham Reid was led to include it in his "Best of Elsewhere 2007" listing saying the Broken Heartbreakers album was "intelligent, heartfelt, aching and entrancing.
